VIllage Exchange Center Project: The Design

In this semester long project, I worked with 4 other students to identify a problem and apply a technology solution for the unique challenges faced by immigrants and refugees in the Denver Metro Area.

We used user-centered design methods to create a product for a non-profit's Natural Helpers program. We conducted research to recognize needs in our target population and designed and tested solution prototypes among stakeholders.

Writing about the work has been accepted to  Designing Interactive Systems (DIS) 2018 under the title "Using Experiential-Learning and Iterative Design to Benefit Colorado's Refugees".
